We perform on-site inspection for all incoming produce, giving us direct access to a large number of the Industry's premier growers. This allows us to verify the product quality at the source including throughout the different stages of production. Most importantly it allows us the opportunity to feel, smell and taste the harvest coming in! This approach is also critical in limiting the handling of your produce, preventing any quality problems down the line, while delivering the best tasting product possible to you!
We are dedicated to designing and manufacturing a product to exacting standards. Which is why we work directly with a Food Testing Laboratory through each phase of product development. Having direct communication allows us access to a complete food laboratory analysis, shelf life/allergen testing while always staying up to date on the latest FDA compliance issues that may affect our customers.
